I hope you are as excited as I am to see December of 2011 arrive. It brought with it several achievements in my life.
Oncology – Still in Remission
It’s been one-year since the lymphoma was confirmed in remission. Remember, the third recurrence started in December of 2006. It had been a long battle and I was glad to be able to celebrate this achievement. God has truly blessed me!
Neurology – Still No Seizures
On December 21, 2011 I was one-year out from my last seizure. After adjusting to the new medications I was back to a normal routine. Living life and celebrating every single day. Again, God has truly blessed me!
Career – It took A Long Time
In August, 2011 I celebrated 25 years service in my career. It took a long time (well it was 25 years!) to make this achievement. The thing that humbles me is the fact that this year it had been 16 years since my original diagnosis with lymphoma. Yes, I will say it again, God has truly blessed me.
Hope In The Heartland – The Rest of My Story
Now that I have finished my first draft of this website I have achieved the goal of telling “The Rest of My Story.” I pray it helps a lot of people learn about living a life even though there are challenges.
Thank you for taking your valuable time to visit!
