No One Expected This
In 2009, I spent the year recovering from an autologous bone marrow transplant and getting ready for an allogenic bone marrow transplant. When all of that fell apart I had to regroup, and my medical team and I had to come up with new plans.
The outcome of the allergic reaction I had while being given the Ifosomide chemotherapy agent ended up being more than a single event. Because I continued to have seizures I had to learn more about making major adjustments in my life to manage them.
